ARKAIV is a fashion discovery app: you browse outfits, see them rendered on your own photo with AI try-on, and shop the pieces. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you can delete everything from inside the app.
Try-on images are generated by AI: your reference photo and the outfit image are processed by our AI infrastructure providers to render the result. Outfit photos are also analyzed by AI to detect garments (so we can find you similar products) and screened by automated moderation for safety. Your photos are used to provide these features — not to train our own models, and we don't sell them.
Try-on results are AI-generated renderings. They are approximations — fit, drape, and color in real life will differ.
We use vetted third parties to run ARKAIV: cloud hosting and databases (Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare), AI processing for try-on, garment detection, and moderation (including Google and Anthropic models), and product search. They process data on our behalf to provide the service. When you tap a product link, you leave ARKAIV and the retailer's own privacy policy applies — some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on purchases at no cost to you.
You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile → Edit → Delete account). This permanently removes your profile, photos, posts, boards, comments, and follows. Waitlist emails are deleted on request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data — email us and we'll honor them.
ARKAIV is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
