By using ARKAIV you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 13 to use ARKAIV.
You own the photos and posts you share. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content so the app can work — including AI analysis of outfit photos and rendering try-on images from your reference photo. Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to share.
ARKAIV has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. No nudity or sexual content, no harassment, no hate, no spam. Content is screened by automated moderation before it goes public; you can report any post, comment, or user, and block any user. We act on reports within 24 hours, removing content that breaks these rules and ejecting the users who post it.
Try-on results are AI-generated renderings, provided for personal styling and entertainment. They are approximations of how clothing might look — not guarantees of fit, appearance, or availability. Don't present ARKAIV renders as real photographs of events that happened.
Product listings come from third-party retailers. We don't sell products, process orders, or guarantee price, availability, or quality — your purchase is with the retailer under their terms. Some outbound links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Product matches (including "grail" and "dupe" labels) are algorithmic suggestions, not endorsements or authenticity claims.
Some features (like additional try-ons) may require a paid subscription, billed through your app store account and governed by its terms. Pricing and quotas are shown in-app before you buy.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account any time in the app. ARKAIV is provided "as is" without warranties; to the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
